As part of the Yahoo! HotJobs executive management team Marc led advertising and consumer and corporate marketing for Yahoo! HotJobs.com. In this capacity, he managed the positioning, strategy and communication of the Yahoo! HotJobs brand to various audiences through creative marketing and a multimedia advertising campaign. Additionally, he was responsible for Yahoo! HotJobs’ annual marketing budget and all media buys, agency relationships and consumer and corporate marketing plans. As team leader, Marc was also charged with the measurement and analysis of all HotJobs advertising and marketing metrics.

Marc is also an entrepreneur who founded MeasuredUp.com a leading customer service review website that attracts tens of thousands of visitors and companies every month. MeasuredUp allows companies and consumers to connect and solve problems, answer questions and give advice. MeasuredUp has been extensively reviewed in the press including Crains, Brandweek and Time. AS a business owner he completely understands the importance of every marketing dollar in increasing traffic and sales.

Marc has worked in Account Management at celebrated advertising agencies such as Dinoto Lee, Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) and TBWA Chiat/Day where he worked extensively in the strategy, positioning, marketing, advertising and media for a client list that includes Absolut Vodka, Post Cereals, Seagram, Benetton Sportsystem, Reebok, ESPN, Icast.com and Champion, among others. Earlier in his career, Marc was both a Media Buyer at GM Mediaworks and Media Planner at Griffin Bacal Advertising Agency.

Marc holds a BS in Economics from the University of Connecticut and is actively involved in numerous advertising industry organizations.
